The Maine Downtown Center
hosted two full days of training on developing business retention and
recruitment programs for downtown revitalization in downtown Norway in June of
2004. Mr. James Watters, staff with the Oklahoma Main Street Center for 10
years and an expert in Main Street recruitment and retention strategies,
