A survey was conducted in the spring of 2006 by Pathways to Higher Education, previously a division of the University of Southern Maine. The survey results served as the basis for the development of the action plan for the Maine Employers’ Initiative. It includes data on what Maine employers are currently doing to support their workers and also gauges interest in Maine employers’ doing more to assist workers.
