Former State Economist and current President of the Maine Development Foundation, Laurie Lachance, who has been analyzing and forecasting Maine's economic performance for 25 years, shares her perspective on the current economic recession and what it means to the real estate market in Maine looking forward.  This presentation was given at the Maine Real Estate & Development Association’s 2010 Annual Real Estate Forecast Conference on January 29.  This was a joint presentation with Professor Charles Colgan of Muskie School of Public Service.
