Mainers' per capita personal income is rising faster than the national average and a higher percentage of Mainers are covered by health insurance than people in the U.S. as a whole. Those are the "gold star" categories in this year's "Measures of Growth" report prepared by the Maine Development Foundation for the Maine Economic Growth Council.
