How can we have difficult conversations, find common ground, and resolve differences in the workplace, in community, and in our personal lives? When we surveyed our MDF Members and leadership program Alumni asking what topic they would like us to cover in our 2026 workshop-style events, this was the #1 request.

Join other MDF Members and Alums for a half-day workshop-style retreat at the beautiful Ferry Beach Retreat and Conference Center in Saco where we will explore how to establish common ground, build bonds, and communicate & lead with civility even in the face of difficult topics and divisive cultural forces.

Tickets: $35 for MDF Members & Alums; $45 General Public

Breakfast and lunch are included.

Overnight accommodations at Ferry Beach are available for June 10 and/or June 11.
