What makes someone a great leader? Someone whose project or passion we want to be part of, someone to whom we willingly give our time and energy? They are people who make us feel valued, who appreciate our skills and contributions, and who encourage us to learn and grow.

Join other MDF Members and Leadership Program Alums for a workshop on what it means to lead versus manage, how we often must do both, and how we can flex between the styles in order to meet the needs of specific team members and situations. Through workshop-style breakout sessions we will explore and practice situational leadership in organizations and communities.
As always, we will compile the key takeaways from the workshop-style conversations and share them broadly with Alumni and MDF Members.
This event is open to the public and registration is required. A light breakfast and beverages will be available at all locations.
