2026 MDC Downtown Project of the Year Nomination Form

Please nominate a completed project that has had substantial impact in your downtown in 2025-26. A project could be a building, landscape, façade improvement, program, event, etc. The awardee will be recognized at the Maine Development Foundation’s Annual Meeting on September 25th. Nominations must be from a current Main Street, Affiliate, or Municipal Community and projects must be completed by time of nomination. Your nomination will be kept anonymous.
