MDF Staff Project Request Form

This form is meant to help streamline the process for requesting help on a project that falls outside the typical duties of programmatic and administrative staff (namely Bonnie, Perri, and Sophie). This may include things like research projects, website updates, or one-time meeting scheduling/calendar management. This is NOT meant for ongoing work or projects that are already within the scope of work of a staff member. Please fill in as much information as you can, and Rosie will match a staff member to the project based on availability and skillset.
