2025 ICL Distinguished Alum Award

Nomination Deadline: Monday June 9th

The ICL Distinguished Alum Award was created to recognize ICL alumni who have given selflessly of themselves and demonstrated exceptional collaborative, facilitative, and systems design leadership in achieving extraordinary things for Maine. These contributions can be within their paid employment, or serving as a volunteer, community, or statewide leader. 

This year’s award will be presented at MDF’s Annual Meeting on October 3rd. Please include in your considerations how the person, organization, or business you are nominating epitomizes the program’s legacy of collaborative, facilitative, and inclusive leadership in support of Maine communities, while furthering systemic change toward equity and inclusion.

Eligibility and Criteria: 

  • Only ICL alumni are eligible to receive this award.
  • No self-nominations, please. 
  • Previous nominees (non-awardees) may be nominated again.
  • Previous awardees are not eligible.
  • Nominations must demonstrate exceptional leadership that has resulted in significant impact on quality of life at the local, regional, or state level in Maine.
