Join us for a multi-location Leadership in Action Breakfast focused on leveraging and sharpening your leadership skills to help teams – and yourself – navigate uncertain times. Together, we will explore and share leadership skills and strategies you are utilizing during these uncertain, turbulent times. We will also ask and share with each other, “How are you exercising self-care to sustain your energy?”

We have heard from so many Alumni and MDF Members that they wish these Leadership in Action breakfasts were in THEIR community. So we are trying a new model of holding the event in 4 locations on the same morning. Pairs of Alumni from around the state who are skilled facilitators will host each of the four groups in each of the following communities:

• Augusta (FAME Board Room, 5 Community Drive)
• Old Town (Old Town Library Community Room, 46 Middle Street)
• Portland (Coffee By Design, 1 Diamond Street)
• Presque Isle (MMG Insurance, 44 Maysville St)

We hope this model enables more of you to participate. As always, we will compile the key takeaways from the workshop-style conversations and share them broadly with Alumni and MDF Members.
