April 25th, 12:00-1:15pm virtual training. Presented in Partnership with OUT Maine, this training will focus on creating welcoming Main Streets for LGBTQ+ youth. $50 for teams from non-member communities, FREE for MDC member communities and York County Communities.

Kennebec Savings Bank Logo
Participant Stipend
Thanks to the generosity of Kennebec Savings Bank, the Maine Downtown Center is able to offer $50 participation stipends to downtown leaders and volunteers from Augusta, Gardiner, Hallowell, Brunswick and Freeport. The stipend of $50 is meant to allow participants to attend more fully by receiving a stipend to use for a babysitter, take-out dinner because you are not able to cook that night, or generally to allow more people to participate in this training. If you would like to receive a Participant Stipend please check the box above.
Free Registration for York County Participants
Partners for Healthier Communities at Southern Maine Healthcare is supporting local York County businesses and public spaces by covering the costs of registration for York County Participants. Thanks to their generosity, the Maine Downtown Center is able to offer free registration to those participating from York County.
