When we surveyed our MDF Members and leadership program Alumni asking what topic they would like us to cover in our workshop-style events, this was the #1 request.

Join other MDF Members and Alums for a workshop where we will explore how to establish common ground, build bonds, and communicate & lead with civility even in the face of difficult topics and divisive cultural forces.

As always, we will compile the key takeaways from the workshop-style conversations and share them broadly with Alumni and MDF Members.
