Budget Narrative

Administrative Capability and Risk Assessment

Applications will be scored on the applicant’s record of past accountability in administering other grants (MHPC, State, Federal or foundation grants). Grantees must have devoted personnel (staff or volunteer) to the role of managing the REvitalizeME Downtown financials. Grantees much have an adequate accounting system, audit procedure, effective accountability and be prepared to follow federal procurement procedures.
